Another storm is bring snow to the mountains and western slope tonight. By tomorrow morning the highest snow totals will be found across the central and southwest mountains of Colorado. Right now there is heavy snow on Monarch Pass with visibility down to 1/4 mile. If you have to travel over the Continental Divide tonight or tomorrow morning leave early and allow yourself plenty of extra time. 3-7" of new snow possible by noon tomorrow across the central and southwest mountains.

DENVER (AP) - The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is awarding $2.5 million in Indian Housing Block Grant allocations to two tribes in Colorado for work on affordable housing. The Southern Ute Housing Authority in Ignacio will receive about $1.16 million and the Ute Mountain Housing Authority in Towaoc will receive about $1.3 million. The money announced Wednesday is part of about $404 million the department is allocating to nearly 300 tribes in 27 states.

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Aspen Highlands resort is imposing limits on alcoholic beverages at its mountain bistro because resort officials are tired of carting tipsy skiers down the mountain. The Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro has imposed a three-drink maximum and removed liquor from the menu, leaving only beer and wine. The Aspen Daily News says the resort had to use snowmobiles because some skiers were too drunk to ski down safely by themselves.

American Medical Response is asking for donations of new or ''gentlly used'' blankets. The blankets will be donated to the R. J. Montomery Center for the less fortunate. AMR is heading the drive because they see how a blanket can calm victims at the scene of crashes or fires. You can drop off your donation at AMR, Colorado Springs Fire, Founatin and Falcon fire departments, through February.
