Kevin Reynolds is a Photojournalist for KOAA News 5 in Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
In 2015, Kevin began his newsgathering career as an Editor/Photographer for WBOC in Salisbury, Maryland. During his time at WBOC, he trained and worked as an aerial photographer in the station's news helicopter; he was responsible for shooting and editing the daily chopper packages. He joined the News 5 team in October 2020 and instantly fell in love with the community.
Since his arrival in Colorado, Kevin has covered events across the Front Range, most notably the arrival of First Lady Jill Biden to Fort Carson, State House protests in Denver, the MLB All-Star Game at Coors Field, and the wildfires in Bear Creek.
"No matter what story is being told, there's always going to be a public interest," says Kevin.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys hiking the numerous scenic trails Colorado has to offer and is an avid film lover.
Kevin is also an AP Award Winner for his photography work on a 2018 feature story.
