There are new details in an overnight fatal crash that closed I-25 between the Santa Fe and Mesa Ridge Parkway exits in Fountain. State Patrol says a pick-up truck traveling southbound crossed into the northbound lanes and hit a semi. The larger truck veered into the southbound lanes where it hit another truck. The man who died was identified overnight as 24-year-old Aiden Detavernier of Colorado Springs. MORE

Now to the latest on the fatal crash from Wednesday night that claimed the life of a man who was crossing I-25 with at least 3 other people. 36-year-old Tony Barton of Security died in that crash which caused a secondary impact forcing the closure of I-25. The driver who hit Barton was not speeding at the time, or under the influence, according to Colorado Springs Police. MORE

A teenager is dead following a rollover crash in eastern El Paso County. The crash happened around 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon just south of Calhan. State Patrol says the 16-year-old driver of the car was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene. The passenger suffered minor injuries. MORE

The Pueblo County Coroner has identified the man who died in Lake Pueblo on Monday as 38-year-old Federico Guzman of Pueblo West. The coroner will perform an autopsy to determine an official cause of death, but right now it's believed that he drowned. MORE

First Alert5 Meteorologist Sam Schreier is forecasting another very hot day across Southern Colorado with a few chances of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Look for temperatures between the mid-90s and lower triple digits. MORE
