CSPD investigating deadly shooting near downtown
The Colorado Springs Police Department said officers responded to reports of a shooting around 3:40 p.m. They discovered that an altercation between the victim and the suspect led to the victim being shot at least once. One person was confirmed dead at the scene.

Drive-thru flu shots available Tuesday in Pueblo West
For the ninth year, Parkview Medical Center will be offering drive-thru flu shots from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Parkview Pueblo West Emergency Room. Community members will be able to drive up and receive their flu shot for $30.
Warm and dry today, highs in the 30s with snow on Thursday
Warm and breezy across southern Colorado today, with elevated fire danger through Fremont County. Red Flag Warnings exist today in Fremont County, western Fremont in particular, for low humidity and stronger winds. Most of the region will stay dry, sunny, and light to breezy conditions through the afternoon.
Couple facing murder charge in Canon City man's death
The Canon City Police Department announced Monday that arrest warrants have been issued for Luciano Pogorzelski and Madison Blackburn, charging the pair with Second Degree Murder in the death of Richard Fay. CCPD said investigators are still trying to determine the relationship between Fay, Luciano, and Blackburn.
