Warmer with light winds today across southern Colorado

After a cold and windy weekend, today is going to feel like a heat wave for southern Colorado! Even though cloud cover will make it feel chilly today, a light down slope wind will still work to warm the plains and I-25 corridor up into the mid and a few low 60s.

Krystal Kenney returns to Teller County courtroom

The only person prosecutors needed to piece together Kelsey Berreth's murder will be back in front of a Teller County judge this morning. Krystal Lee Kenney, the Idaho nurse who had an intimate relationship with now convicted killer Patrick Frazee, was the missing piece of the puzzle that put Frazee away for life. We'll keep you updated on any developments in court today. We do not expect her to be sentenced as court officials said that would not happen until next year.

Authorities arrest suspects in family massacre in Mexico

"Several individuals" suspected of involvement in the massacre of a Mormon family in northern Mexico last month were arrested Sunday, the Mexican Attorney General's Office said in a news release.A person suspected of participating in the killings who was arrested in November led to "fundamental information and evidence" in the case, according to the release. The news of the arrests comes as survivors from the LeBaron family get ready to meet with Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador Monday morning.

Family warns of porch pirates this Cyber Monday

Be prepared to keep a close eye on your porch or any tracking capabilities for your packages being delivered this time of year. It's something becoming all too common for people, especially during the holiday season- porch pirates.
For Andrew McKee, he and his family experienced it this past weekend in Colorado Springs. They were out of town when their neighbor told them they saw someone take a package off of their porch. That's when McKee says he checked his home security camera and saw the man himself.
