COLORADO SPRINGS – Austin Bluffs Parkway was closed between Meadowland Boulevard and Morning Sun Drive Sunday night after a woman was hit by car. It reopened at around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
The woman was rushed to the hospital with what are believed to be serious injuries.
The Major Accidents Unit of the Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating, and is expected to release more information later on Monday.
