Sunshine FINALLY returns today... before fog and clouds tonight

Today’s Forecast:
We get a break from the gloom that we saw over the weekend with sunshine and warmer temperatures today! Fog over the plains will quickly burn off the morning with full sunshine and a stronger and warmer breeze in the afternoon. Overnight clouds and fog will return, with some areas likely collecting drizzle and freezing drizzle.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 61; Low: 30. Sunny, warmer, and breezy in the afternoon.

PUEBLO: High: 67; Low: 32. Sunny, light winds, and gorgeous daytime conditions.

CANON CITY: High: 66; Low: 39. Sunny, breezy and warm in the afternoon.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 55; Low: 30. Mostly sunny with some afternoon clouds with mild and breezy daytime conditions.

TRI-LAKES: High: 40s; Low: 20s. Sunny, warmer, and breezy during the daytime.

PLAINS: High: 60s; Low: 20s. Morning fog before sunny, warm, and light winds in the afternoon.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 60s; Low: 20s. Breezy and warm with sunny skies and warm daytime temperatures.

Extended Outlook:
Fog and clouds with drizzle return tonight, before isolated showers Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday could see a few isolated showers, mainly into and up against the mountains. Thursday is going to be an interesting day with snow and very strong wind. We're going to see dry skies by Friday with a slight warm up into the weekend.
