Today’s Forecast:
We're going to be extremely hot again across southern Colorado. Temperatures will rise into the 90s and triple digits out of the mountains, and a few places could tie or even break the heat record for today. We'll be dry today and tonight but hot again tomorrow. There could be wildfire smoke that drifts through the region today.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 96; Low: 59. Hot and dry today with a chance to break the heat record of 94 degrees.

PUEBLO: High: 101; Low: 60. Very hot and dry with an afternoon breeze and likely staying just shy of the heat record of 102 degrees.

CANON CITY: High: 98; Low: 62. Hot, dry, and breezy today.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 83; Low: 52. Warm and dry today with midday sunshine and afternoon cloud cover.

TRI-LAKES: High: 80s; Low: 50s. Hot and dry with a steady afternoon breeze.

PLAINS: High: 90/100s; Low: 60s. Very hot today and a bit breezy at times with dry skies.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 90s; Low: 60s. Hot and breezy today with dry skies.

Extended Outlook:
Tomorrow will probably be the hottest day of the week with highs around one to two degrees warmer than today. We're going to stay very hot on Friday, but a couple degrees cooler by Saturday. Sunday is our next best chance for rain, but we have a few weak chances for storms early next week.
