Mild start to a beautiful week!

Today’s Forecast:
After a cold and dreary weekend, southern Colorado is going to start April off with a nice batch of Spring weather. Fog is going to be patchy and dense this morning across the region, but by 9 am, any lingering fog should be long gone. We’ll see a mix of sunshine and clouds today, with cloud cover thicker in the afternoon. Dry skies are expected through all of southern Colorado today, with a cool and dry evening.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High – 56; Low – 31. Partly cloudy, dry and mild with a steady afternoon breeze.

PUEBLO: High – 60; Low – 31.  Patchy morning fog with more sun than clouds today with nice afternoon temps.

CANON CITY: High – 58; Low – 38. Partly cloudy, dry and mild with light afternoon winds.

WOODLAND PARK: High – 47; Low – 26. Partly cloudy with light winds & chilly afternoon temps.

TRI-LAKES: High – 40s; Low – 20s. Partly cloudy with brisk afternoon winds & chilly afternoon temps.

PLAINS: High – 60s; Low – 30s. Patchy morning fog with light afternoon winds and mild temperatures.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High – 50s; Low – 20s. Partly cloudy and mild today with light afternoon winds.


EXTENDED OUTLOOK:
Cloudy but dry weather continues from tonight into Tuesday with highs around one to two degrees warmer tomorrow than we’ll see today. Rain will return on Wednesday afternoon and run into the evening with no severe weather expectations at this time. Dry and much warmer air returns for the weekend with 70s in the forecast for Friday and Saturday.
