Today’s Forecast:

The “Meh” weekend, continues. March ends with a winter-feel, and April brings a return to Spring…no “foolin”.

Clouds will dominate the day, and snow showers will break out in the late morning, west of the Divide, and lightweight moisture will drip over-top the mountains in the afternoon, but only as flurries in Teller, Huerfano, western Fremont Counties, and sprinkles for the I-25 corridor and maybe the Plains east. Hardly enough to measure. It’ll be another cold one, only reaching the 40s, to 50 in some spots east.

The moisture will dry up and move east tonight, and so expect clearing skies tonight, and with high pressure finally building in for Monday, temperatures will respond to the early April sun, “zooming” in to the mid 50s. Even warmer weather for Tuesday, and Wednesday, and our next measurable may come Wednesday PM.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 44. Cloudy today, a PM flurry. Decreasing clouds tonight.

PUEBLO:  High: 48. Cloudy today, a PM sprinkle or flurry. Clearing skies tonight.

CANON CITY:  High: 46. Cloudy today, a few PM flurries. Clearing up, tonight.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 36. Cloudy today, PM flurries. Decreasing clouds tonight.

TRI-LAKES:  High: 40. Cloudy today, PM flurries. Decreasing clouds tonight.

PLAINS:  High: 52. Cloudy today, a PM sprinkle possible. Decreasing clouds tonight.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD:  High: 44. Cloudy today, a PM sprinkle. Decreasing clouds tonight.

Extended Outlook: Dry, bright and mild Monday (50s-60), a few more clouds and warmer Tuesday (Upper 50s -60s), and more Spring-like, (upper 50s and 60s)
