Monday Evening Weather: Bright Election Day

Tonight’s Forecast:

Breezy this evening and then winds improve overnight. Skies stay dry and partly cloudy. Lows will be mainly in the 20’s.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 28, High – 50. Improving winds and clearing skies tonight. Mainly sunny and cool on Tuesday.

PUEBLO: Low – 27, High – 57. Winds improve overnight with dry skies. Sunny tomorrow with highs in the 50’s.

CANON CITY: Low – 29, High – 67. Improving winds tonight. Mainly sunny tomorrow with highs in the 50’s.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 20, High – 42. Winds improve tonight. Mainly sunny Tuesday with highs in the 40’s.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 20’s, High – 40’s. Improving winds overnight. Mostly sunny tomorrow with highs in the 40’s.

PLAINS: Low – 20’s, High – 50’s. Winds improve tonight. Sunny but cool for Tuesday.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 20’s, High – 50’s. Dry tonight with improving winds. Sunny and cool tomorrow.

REST OF THE WEEK: Dry and sunny skies for Election Day. Temperatures stay a bit below average with highs mainly in the 50’s. Temperatures drop into the 40’s for the rest of the work/school week. We’ll have additional clouds and a small chance for showers late Wednesday into Thursday. Models were very excited by this chance over the weekend, but they’ve been coming in drier today. Winds will be breezy on Thursday. Skies will be brighter beginning on Friday. That trend will continue through the weekend and into the start of the new week. Highs will be warmest on Saturday, getting into the 50’s and 60’s before cooling off again for the new week.
