Today’s Forecast:
A nice bubble of high pressure is settling in our skies directly overhead, so expect clear skies, light wind, and cool temps tonight. That high will both depart and dissipate tomorrow afternoon and evening, and a jet stream level storm linking up with the tail end of a cool front in Montana, will sink southward and create a damp upslope flow Monday night through Tuesday, when more showers are expected.

Once that clears, an extended…warmer period is up coming…

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 36, High – 70. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny through midday Monday, then clouds increase.

PUEBLO: Low – 38, High – 74. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny skies almost all day Monday.

CANON CITY: Low – 37, High – 72. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny skies almost all day Monday.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 33, High – 62. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny through midday Monday, then clouds increase.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 35, High – 67. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny through midday Monday, then clouds increase.

PLAINS: Low – 36, High – 75. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny skies almost all day Monday.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 38, High – 75. Clear tonight with little wind. Sunny skies almost all day Monday.

NEXT WEATHER MAKER: Is Tuesday’s upslope, cool, damp day with steadier showers north and on and off south.
