COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo (KOAA) — Starting Monday, Hancock Expressway at Circle Drive will close for around four weeks, according to the City of Colorado Springs.
The city says the closure is part of the Circle Drive Bridges Project.
Northbound travelers can use South Circle Drive and westbound Highway 24. Southbound travelers can use eastbound Highway 24 and East Fountain Boulevard to access South Academy Boulevard.
A map of the detours that will be in place is below:

The city says the project is weather-dependent, and the schedule could change. They also say street signage in the area will show the latest schedule.
For more information about the project, visit the City of Colorado Springs website.
