Construction continues on the new Summit House at the top of Pikes Peak. The 38,000 sq. ft. facility is set to be complete in Spring of 2021.
The U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Museum and Hall of Fame open this summer. It's part of the same City 4 Champions project that includes the Downtown Stadium that is being built at the corner of Cimarron and S. Sierra Madre St.
California-based fast-food chain In-N-Out Burger is set to open its first Colorado location in the Pikes Peak region along with plans to build a second. The company is also currently building a distribution center for the region will be here.
Another popular chain from North Dakota is expanding its presence in Colorado. Giant sports retailer SCHEELS All Sports is bringing its second location in the state to northern Colorado Springs.
