COLORADO SPRINGS — The extra rain this year in Colorado Springs is cutting the water bill for city parks in a big way. "Dollars and cents, equals about $600 thousand," said Eric Becker with Colorado Springs Parks and Cultural Services. Credit also goes to new water saving technology added to parks over the last several years.
