The high country has seen impressive snowfall this season, even record-breaking at some ski resorts this past February.

With all that snow, several resorts are already planning to keep running the lifts well into spring.

Monarch Mountain, just outside of Salida, has made plans to extend its season another week. They will stay open weather permitting until April 12th.

Both Vail and Copper plan to stay open through April 19th.

Breckenridge is planning to ski and ride through Memorial Day, May 25th.

Boasting the longest season in all of Colorado, A-Basin appears to be the big winner again this season. They plan to keep lifts spinning through June 7th, weeks away from the start of summer. Last season, they remained open until June 23rd.

Even with several months of skiing and riding still to go this season, Vail Resorts has just announced some big news for next season.

New for the 2020-21 season, Vail Resorts will introduce "Epic Mountain Rewards" for pass holders, including the Epic Day Pass, a discounted lift ticket for next season that's purchased ahead of time.

This new rewards program will offer pass holders a 20 percent discount on food and drinks, lodging, group ski and ride lessons, equipment and much more.

These discounts can be applied all season long. There's no sign-up, no point tracking and no blackout dates.

Epic Mountain Rewards will be available in Colorado at Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Crested Butte beginning next season.

All Epic Pass products for the 2020-2021 season are now on sale.
