US ambassador's key testimony highlights another day full of impeachment hearings

Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, will testify in impeachment inquiry hearings Wednesday in what may be one of the most anticipated public hearings since public proceedings began last week. His testimony comes just weeks after he dramatically changed a written statement to Congress to say that he did recognize that President Trump offered a clear quid pro quo to Ukraine.

Despite scrutiny, Kenney's plea deal likely won't change

Krystal Kenney, Patrick Frazee's mistress, provided prosecutors all the essential information on how Frazee killed Berreth beating her to death with a baseball bat while she was blindfolded with a sweater to sniff candles. At a press conference following the guilty verdicts, District Attorney Dan May said the deal was something his office had to do.

Periods of rain today before light snow Thursday

Rain moves out of New Mexico today and spreads northeast across southern Colorado through the afternoon, turning to a light snow in high elevation areas during the evening. Temperatures will warm into the 50s and 60s today, despite the cloud cover and a strong cold front that will push in from the north in the afternoon.

State proposes new overtime rules for workers

More workers could be seeing overtime pay in 2020 if the state adopts new rules proposed this month by the Department of Labor and Employment. With a rising cost of living, and concern over wages not staying on track, some see it as a need for Coloradans to live and work comfortably.

Three killed in multi-car wreck on Marksheffel identified

The names of the three people who died after a multi-car crash northeast of Peterson Air Force Base Sunday have been released. The crash happened on Marksheffel Road and Space Village Road after police say a Honda CR-V ran a stop sign and crashed into an oncoming Ford F-150.
