COLORADO SPRINGS – A planning workshop is being held Wednesday night in Colorado Springs asking for the public’s input on access points, access points, trails, and other topics in Waldo Canyon.
The meeting comes more than six years after the Waldo Canyon Fire burned over 18,000 acres west of Colorado Springs.
The meeting comes as officials work to re-imagine outdoor recreating opportunities in the area.
The meeting is being held at the Westside Community Center Gym on Bijou.
