COLORADO SPRINGS – On Wednesday, a woman was walking in Cottonwood Creek Park with her two children,18 months and three years old, when a man approached them.
The suspect pulled down his shorts, exposing himself to the mother and her two young children according to Colorado Springs Police.
The man is described as a white male in his late teens to early 20’s with curly blonde hair, green eyes, and a thin build. He was wearing a blue hoodie and black shorts.
CSP is asking for anyone with information to contact the department.
