DIVIDE – The Teller County Sheriff’s Office shared information about a free mulch giveaway happening Saturday morning.
The Coalition for the Upper South Platte is hosting the giveaway on Saturday at the Divide Slash Site from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The site is located east of the intersection of Highway 24 and Highway 67 in Divide off of Hybrook Road on the left past the post office. The mulch will be available first come, first served.
It was created from fire mitigation efforts from homeowners in the area along with other limbs dropped at the site.
