COLORADO SPRINGS – A Colorado Springs woman is under arrest and accused of putting several children in danger.
CSPD arrested Constanzia Santisteven this weekend after multiple children in her car were not buckled up and were injured in a crash.
She is facing felony child abuse charges.
According to authorities, one child suffered broken ribs and another a broken collar bone after a crash at Constitution and Chelton over the weekend.
