COLORADO SPRINGS – Nothing can stop Santa Claus and nothing, even a possible government shutdown, will affect NORAD’s 63rd year of tracking Santa on Christmas Eve as he delivers gifts all over the world.
The Santa Tracker program relies on corporate sponsors and volunteers for the yearly operation at Peterson Air Force Base. On top of that, the Defense Department budget for this year was signed off on quite some time ago.
