Coroner identifies November murder victim

Police identify victim of November 27 shooting near I-25 and MLK Bypass.

 

COLORADO SPRINGS – The El Paso County Coroner’s office has identified a man who was found with a gunshot wound on November 27 near Interstate 25 and the Martin Luther King Jr. Bypass.

Raymond Maez died from his injuries on December 10. The Colorado Springs Police Department says the 22-year-old was found inside a tent, and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
