COLORADO SPRINGS – Real-life Santa’s will be marching this weekend to bring some Christmas joy to kids in need.
This Saturday is the Great Christmas Ruck March. Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center is joining with Team RWB to collect gifts for Toys for Tots. A ruck march is a relatively fast march over a distance while carrying a load.
The march will be Dec. 15 and start at noon at Bear Creek Nature Center. Marchers will make their way from the park to Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center. There are two routes, one is two miles, the other is 4.8 miles.
