MANITOU SPRINGS – A large water main break in Manitou Springs is now isolated and impacting about 10 homes. The problem started before 10 a.m. leaving many without water through the lunch hour.
According to the city, work crews were on scene early looking into the problem at the intersection of Elk Path and Oklahoma Rd. If you’re heading to that area, please take an alternate route.
The water main break is on the main trunk line feeding homes in the area.
Repairs should wrap up by 6 p.m.
