COLORADO SPRINGS – If you have an emergency and need to contact 911, don’t use the text option to get help. The vendor for the system is conducting some work on the text system from 9:00 p.m. Monday night to 3:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
You can contact a 911 operator on your phone though. If you do need assistance, just make sure to place a voice call during those hours.
The system will be back up following the maintenance.
