COLORADO – If you’ve traveled in or out of the state of Colorado on the highway, you’ve probably seen the “Welcome To Colorful Colorado” signs along the highway.
The sign along southbound I-25 entering Colorado looks a little different right now. If you look in the bottom-middle of the picture, you may notice a new message. It says “NO VACANCY.”
It’s unknown how long that message has been there and it’s recently been making the rounds all over social media.
CDOT is responsible for taking the sign down and while it may be entertaining, it is in fact considered vandalism.
