SAN MATEO, Calif – Police in California arrested an Uber driver after they said he took passengers to the airport and returned to their home to burglarize them.

Police arrested 38-year-old Jackie Gordon Wilson Friday. He faces charges including burglary, obstruction and resisting a peace officer.

Authorities said surveillance video showed him returning to the home where he picked up a neighboring family. However, that home turned out to be an Airbnb with an alarm, which scared him off. Police said he then hit another home in the neighborhood. They’re now looking for anyone else who may be a victim.

“So our detectives have an ongoing investigation about this,” said San Mateo Officer Michael Haobsh. “They’re looking into possible additional victims with regards to him working for Uber.”

Uber said it has removed Wilson’s access to the app and will cooperate with police.
