Wednesday Evening Forecast; A little snow Thursday Morning

Summary: A weak storm will pass just to the east Thursday morning, creating some snow showers until early afternoon. Accumulations is not a big issue with this…anywhere from a coating to a couple inches…and wind is far less an issue in this case too.

Beyond that, a NW flow will have a couple implications here. It will keep us generally chilly or cold. It will keep our skies somewhat unsettled. And, from time to time, there will be intermittent flurries in the forecast…

TRI-LAKES: Low: 15, High: 26.  Clouding up tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending early afternoon. A couple inches.

WOODLAND PARK: Low: 13, High: 25.  Clouding up tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending early afternoon. An inch or two.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low: 20, High: 28. Clouding up late tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending by mid-afternoon. Maybe up to an inch.

CANON CITY: Low: 22. High: 32.  Clouding up late tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending early afternoon. Under an inch.

PUEBLO: Low: 20, High: 32.  Clouding up late tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending by mid-afternoon. Under an inch.

PLAINS: Low: 20, High: 32. Clouding up late tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending by mid-afternoon. An inch, maybe 2.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 18, High: 33.  Clouding up late tonite. Snow showers Thursday morning, ending by mid-afternoon. Around an inch.

EXTENDED OUTLOOK:  A few flurries Saturday morning, fair Sunday, more accumulating snow Monday…maybe.
