FORT CARSON – It’s graduation day for members of a new program at Fort Carson that helps soldiers transition from the military to trade jobs.

It’s called ”changing lanes” and for the past eighteen weeks, a team of collision repair experts from Caliber Collision has been training four soldiers and will continue to mentor them as they transition in to working for their company.

“They have training. They understand protocol. They understand process, there’s pride, there’s discipline, there’s awareness, there’s all those things that come with the military that align with our core values,” stated Jim Frost of Caliber Collision.

Along with the training, each got a $12,000 tool box to help jump start their new careers.
