Friday morning, the Manitou Springs City Government reported a sinkhole has developed in the 400 block of El Paso Blvd.
Crews are on the scene evaluating the damage and diverting traffic.
Traffic on the road has been reduced to one lane.
Use caution if you must travel through the area.
Manitou Avenue is available as an alternate route.
