Highway 115 is down to one lane in each directions near Titus Blvd. and emergency crews are on the scene of a serious crash involving a semi and a pickup truck. There are lengthy delays in both directions at this time. The accident happened after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. Both the driver of the semi-truck and the pickup truck were transported to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown.There is no estimated time given for when the accident may be cleaned up.
