Here are a few of the events going on Around Town this weekend.

719 Day Brewfest

719 Day is being celebrated with a brewfest this Friday from 6 pm to 9 pm at Weidner Field. There will be unlimited sampling from local breweries and distilleries in a tasting mug, food trucks, music, and games. General admission tickets will be $35, $40 day of. Springs Beer Fest

The 12th Annual Springs Beer Fest returns to America The Beautiful Park on Saturday. There will be over 120 beers to taste along with live music and food vendors from 1 pm to 4 pm.  Tickets at the door will be $40, $35 ahead of time. Early access tickets are available for $50 and those will get you in an hour early. Buy tickets and find more information here

Tunnel Tales

The Old Colorado City Historical Society will hold their bi-annual Tunnel Tales event this Sunday. Tours will leave every 30 minutes from 12 pm to 3:30 pm, lasting about an hour and a half each. The trip to the past will be a trip to the past with historical characters, bar keepers, and saloon girls as you explore Old Colorado City learning about the old tunnels, their locations, and why they came to be. Tickets are $20 and can be reserved by getting in touch with the Historical Society at 719-636-1225.

Great Inflatable Race

The Great Inflatable Race is coming to Colorado Springs this Saturday. The less than 3 mile race attacking fun inflatables will be held in Memorial Park. Heats will start every half hour between 9 am and 11 am with full price registration running at $75. Register and find more information here.
