Let's fill those Easter baskets! I realize it's not the first thing we need to be thinking about at a time like this, but if you're like me you need a little distraction from the gloom and doom. Plus, Jesus rose from the dead. We must celebrate.

This year we plan to use Zoom video chat to get all of the extended family together for a celebration. There will be no big Easter egg hunts. We will watch church online and Easter brunch will be take-out from a local restaurant (support our restaurants if you can).

It's so weird.

I just want to give my kids a little sense of "normal" because right now they can sense the change in this world and it's tough of them. Heck, it's tough on us.

So we will be having our own Easter egg hunt, along with a social distancing one with our neighborhood-- find out how you can join in on that by going to the Brie & Baby Three Facebook page. I will also be updating with a list of social distancing activities throughout our area.

We are filling little plastic eggs with temporary tattoos, coins and candy. Then, of course the Easter Bunny will also be making a drop-off. Luckily, he put in for a pick-up order from Walmart a few days ago and found a few things on Amazon that would get here in time.

Here's what's on the list this year (starting with my favorite):
