PUEBLO: High - 94; Low - 54. Hot again today with plenty of sunshine! The average is 84 and the forecast is 94. Winds will pick up after 4 pm, gusting up to 30 mph.
CANON CITY: High - 88; Low - 55. Very warm and sunny in Canon City today to the upper 80s. Winds will be gusty in the afternoon, with higher fire danger.
WOODLAND PARK: High - 74; Low - 41. Warm and breezy today in Woodland Park to the mid 70s. The sky will be mostly sunny. Winds may gust over 30 mph at times.
TRI-LAKES: High - 80s; Low - 50s. Low 80s are expected for the Tri-lakes today with sunshine. Winds will pick up this afternoon and gust up to 30 mph.
PLAINS: High - 80s/90s; Low - 50s/60s. Hot in the Plains to the upper 80s to mid 90s this afternoon. There is also a chance for scattered thunderstorms this afternoon for the Plains. These will be hit or miss and produce gusty winds and lightning.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High - 80s; Low - 50s. Very warm today to the mid 80s in Walsenburg and upper 80s in Walsenuburg. Expect gusty winds this afternoon to evening, to the 30 mph range.
Extended Outlook: Overnight a cold front moves through Colorado. This drops temperatures to average or slight below! 60s in the mountains, 70s and 80s in lower terrain Thursday. But the warming trend comes back by Friday and continues this weekend. 80s and 90s are on the board for the extended forecast.
