COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 43; Low: 19. After a cold start, the afternoon will be comfortable with sun and light wind.

PUEBLO: High: 45; Low: 21. Mostly sunny with high clouds this afternoon and almost no wind.

CANON CITY: High: 44; Low: 23. High clouds today with light winds today.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 36; Low: 14. Thawing out today with high clouds in the afternoon.

TRI-LAKES: High: 40s; Low: teens. Sunny and cool today to the low 40s with very light winds.

PLAINS: High: 40s; Low: teens. Mostly sunny with high clouds and light winds today.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 40s; Low: teens. Mostly sunny with high clouds today and highs in the mid-40s.

MOUNTAINS: High: 30s; Low: single digits/teens. Beginning to thaw out to the mid to upper 30s today, but the San Luis Valleys stays in the 20s. Light breeze and high clouds.

Extended Outlook:
Friday, New Years Day, will be mostly cloudy and a couple of degrees cooler than today with a breeze. Then the weekend will be sunny with warming temperatures each day, topping out in the 40s and 50s for Sunday.
