Sunday starts with more fog with sunshine returning later

Tonight's Forecast:
More fog and low clouds develop and move west to the I-25 corridor and the Plains tonight. Some spotty freezing drizzle is possible, so watch for icy areas on Sunday morning. Low clouds gradually clear through Sunday afternoon.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low: 28; High: 52. Low clouds and fog in the morning followed by late day clearing and warming.

PUEBLO: Low: 30; High: 55. Areas of fog likely overnight, with clearing by midday.

CANON CITY: Low: 33; High: 55. Sunday should be a sunny and mild day with a slight breeze.

WOODLAND PARK: Low: 29; High: 50. Cold overnight with some fog possible, clearing in the daytime with warming temperatures.

TRI-LAKES: Low: 20s; High: 50s. Starting with fog that will gradually clear through the day and warming.

PLAINS: Low: 20s; High: 50s. Low clouds and fog will linger longest near the Kansas border as conditions clear from west to east tomorrow.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 30s; High: 60s. Morning low clouds will clear quickly with sunshine and warmth in the afternoon.

Extended Outlook:
Monday will be the warmest day of next week, trending about 10-15 degrees above average. Then temperatures cool back to seasonable through the week, with periodic clouds and isolated showers. The best chance of snow comes on Thursday, and we are continuing to monitor this storm.
