COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — On Wednesday, Meteorologist Alex O'Brien visited King Elementary and Stratton Elementary in District 11 to talk about weather and how to be Storm Safe.
There they went through the types of severe weather, including tornadoes, thunderstorms, flooding, and winter weather. She visited the 3rd graders at King and 5th graders at Stratton. They all had great questions and loved the weather experiment.
