WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 30s; High: 50s. Cool to start, with another warm afternoon to the upper 50s. High clouds and breezy winds expected.
Extended Outlook: The next storm brings snow to the mountains on Sunday afternoon, with the San Juans and the highest peaks of the Sangre De Cristos to be impacted. The mountain valleys and the front range should remain mostly dry from this system. A cold front will sweep through southern Colorado on Monday morning, bringing much cooler temperatures. Highs Monday will reach the 30s and 40s. By Tuesday, conditions will be sunny once again and temperatures stay cool. Warmer conditions return from Wednesday and through the end of the week.
