Showers and thunderstorms continue through the evening for the southeast plains and southern mountains. El Paso County may see a stray shower this evening as well.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low: 60; High: 89. Warm and partly cloudy. Thunderstorms are likely after 1 pm.

PUEBLO: Low: 64; High: 96. Quite warm on Friday with rain and thunderstorms possible after 2 pm.

CANON CITY: Low: 66; High: 93. Very warm Friday with thunderstorms likely after 11 am.

WOODLAND PARK: Low: 52; High: 80. Partly cloudy and warm, with rain and thunderstorms likely after 11 am.

TRI-LAKES: Low: 50s; High: 80s. Mid to upper 80s Friday with thunderstorms possible after 1 pm.

PLAINS: Low: 60s; High: 90s. Upper 90s on Friday with sunshine and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 60s; High: 80s/90s. Upper 80s for Walsenburg and low 90s in Trinidad tomorrow. Thunderstorms likely after 11 am.

Extended Outlook:
The mountains can expect off and on rain showers all day Friday and continuing overnight into Saturday morning. More heavy rain potential is likely through the weekend in the mountains, with scattered thunderstorms making it to the plains.
