Today’s Forecast: Starting with low clouds and areas of fog in the foothills all the way into the Plains this morning. These clouds will linger through late morning, clearing last in El Paso county by noon. The rest of Saturday will be sunny with seasonable temperatures.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High - 70; Low - 51. Cool and fall-like today in the Springs to the low 70s. The sky will gradually clear by the afternoon. Winds will be breezy.

PUEBLO: High - 78; Low - 55. Warm and sunny after the morning clouds clear. Temperatures will be seasonable in Pueblo county.

CANON CITY: High - 77; Low - 58. Beautiful weather today, in the upper 70s. Clouds clear by late morning, allowing for a sunny afternoon.

WOODLAND PARK: High - 67; Low - 45. Cool today, and feeling like fall. After a foggy start, clouds clear by noon and sunshine remains for the rest of the day.

TRI-LAKES: High - 60s; Low - 40s. Cool and crisp today in the Tri-lakes, to the upper 60s. Morning low clouds linger all morning, with sunshine in the afternoon.

PLAINS: High - 70s; Low - 50s. Staying cool today, with clouds gradually clearing. The winds will be slightly breezy. Most will stay in the upper 70s, with a few cities near the Arkansas river perhaps reaching 80.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High - 70s; Low - 50s. Low 70s in Walsenburg and upper 70s in Trinidad. Lots of sunshine is expected this afternoon.

Extended Outlook: Sunday's weather brings bit changes, with dry heat and windy conditions. Most of central and eastern Colorado is under a Red Flag Warning tomorrow from noon until 7 pm. Please do not burn anything outdoors and dispose of cigarettes properly. Avoid campfires on Sunday. The heat and winds stay with us on Monday, where a fire weather watch is in place for now.
