Tonight’s Forecast: Temperatures will be cool tonight, to the 40s and 50s in lower elevations, 30s in high terrain. More clouds and light drizzle filter in overnight, favoring the Plains, the Pikes Peak region, and south to Raton Pass.
COLORADO SPRINGS: Low - 45; High - 74. Tomorrow the clouds break by late morning and the afternoon will be sunny and warm.
PUEBLO: Low - 48; High - 79. Getting warmer tomorrow, climbing to the upper 70s. Pueblo should stay dry with a few morning clouds.
CANON CITY: Low - 48; High - 77. A beautiful day is in store, with sunshine and warmth. Winds will be breezy during the day.
WOODLAND PARK: Low - 36; High - 68. It will be mostly clear and chilly to start tomorrow morning. The afternoon will be quite comfortable with breezy winds and sunshine.
TRI-LAKES: Low - 40s; High - 60s. Quite cool by Wednesday morning to the low 40s with low clouds. The afternoon will eventually be sunny and warm to the mid to upper 60s.
PLAINS: Low - 50s; High - 70s. Tonight, into tomorrow morning will be cloudy with areas of light rain or drizzle. By the early afternoon clouds begin to break and temperatures rebound to the mid 70s.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low - 50s; High - 70s. Beautiful and warm tomorrow after morning clouds clear out. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 70s.
Extended Outlook: Several cold fronts impact our daily weather this week, the next arrives Thursday, dropping many spots back to the 60s, or even 50s in mountain valleys. Friday we see a boost of heat as temperatures climb above normal to the 70s and even some 80s. The next big cool down arrives Sunday into Monday, where some spots may see their first freeze Monday morning. More details on that to come.
