Today’s Forecast: The weather pattern shifts from stormy to dry this week. Starting today, expect sunshine with minimal rain chances. Temperatures will be up to 5 degrees above average.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High - 83; Low - 54. Nice and warm today to the 70s through lunch and low 80s in the afternoon. Winds will be light and the sky will be clear.

PUEBLO: High - 90; Low - 55. Hot today, to the 80s by lunch and reaching a high of 90 later. The sky will be sunny with light winds.

CANON CITY: High - 87; Low - 56. Very warm today with plenty of sunshine as well. Temperatures will climb to the upper 80s in the afternoon,

WOODLAND PARK: High - 74; Low - 47. Nice and comfortable in the Woodland Park today, with a high of 74. The sky should remain mostly sunny.

TRI-LAKES: High - 80s; Low - 50s. The Tri-lakes will sneak just barely to 80 degrees today. Winds will be light and the sky will be mostly sunny all day.

PLAINS: High - 80s/90s; Low - 50s/60s. Expect 90s along the Arkansas, for La Junta and Lamar, and upper 80s elsewhere. Baca, Prowers, and Kiowa county may see an isolated thunderstorm in the early afternoon.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High - 80s; Low - 50s. Walsenburg will reach the low 80s and Trinidad will be in the upper 80s today. The sky will be sunny and clear all day.

Extended Outlook: The week ahead is trending sunny and dry for the most part. Tuesday and Wednesday will be similar to today, with breezy winds. Thursday and Friday will be about 5 degrees cooler thanks to a dry cold front. Looking ahead to next weekend, warmer and sunny conditions are expected.
