Chilly Thanksgiving with light mountain snow tonight

Today’s Forecast:
Today will be chilly and below average, with morning sun and afternoon clouds. This evening light snow showers will move into the mountains, the plains will stay dry.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 45; Low: 21. Chilly on Thanksgiving with partly cloudy conditions in the afternoon.

PUEBLO: High: 48; Low: 24. Cool with sunshine today, and a few clouds later in the day.

CANON CITY: High: 48; Low: 25. Feeling cool on Thanksgiving with a few clouds.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 37; Low: 14. Cold and breezy in the morning with sunshine and a chilly day ahead.

TRI-LAKES: High: 40s; Low: teens. Low 40s Thanksgiving with a morning breeze.

PLAINS: High: 40s/50s; Low: teens/20s. Breezy in the morning and again in the evening with high in the upper 40s and low 50s.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 40s; Low: 20s. Mid 40s for Thanksgiving and breezy in the morning.

MOUNTAINS: High: 40s; Low: teens/single digits. Clouds and a few flurries possible Thanksgiving evening, with little impacts. The greatest chance for this will be near the continental divide and west into the San Juans.

Extended Outlook:
Friday will be cooler, with a frigid start in the teens and 20s, and high temperatures about 5 degrees cooler than today. Saturday will be about 10 degrees warmer, with 50s more common in the region. Temperatures will vary between the 40s and 50s into next week, with dry weather expected.
