Tonight's Forecast: Breezy out there tonight, especially for parts of Fremont and Teller counties. Elsewhere, weakening wind and clear skies will allow for good radiational cooling, with lows dropping down to the 10s and 20s across most of Southern Colorado.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low: 20; High: 51. Bright, breezy and mild weather on Tuesday in the Springs. Highs will warm into the 50s under sunny skies.

PUEBLO: Low: 15; High: 56. Cold and sunny in the morning, but we'll follow that up with a mild and breezy afternoon. Highs on Tuesday nearly 10 degrees above average.

CANON CITY: Low: 23; High: 55. Chilly in the morning, mild and breezy in the afternoon. Wind gusts to 35 mph.

WOODLAND PARK: Low: 15; High: 44. Cold morning temperatures in the teens will give to a mild and windy afternoon, with gusts to 45 mph.

TRI-LAKES: Low: 20s; High: 40s. Morning temperatures will be chilly, but the afternoon will be bright and beautiful and a bit on the breezy side.

PLAINS: Low: 10s/20s; High: 50s. Bundle up due to a cold start to the day across the Plains. The afternoon hours will be bright and beautiful, allowing for you to peel off the extra layers.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 10s/20s; High: 40s/50s. Gusty westerly winds will bring a warmer downslope weather pattern to the forecast on Tuesday. Wind gusts to 35 mph.

Extended Outlook: Further warming continues into Wednesday, which will be the nicest day of the week. A few disturbances moving into Colorado will bring some changes to our forecast late this week. The first storm will bring mountain snow showers across parts of the state from Wednesday afternoon into Thursday. A stronger system could be enough to bring light snow into the Plains late Thursday and Friday, with wind and colder temperatures heading into the weekend.
