Today’s Forecast:
Very comfortable day ahead, with seasonable high temperatures. The sky will be partly cloudy today. There is a chance of rain this evening for the front range and I-25 corridor. Early evening storms may have lightning, with a transition to lighter rain showers overnight.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 67; Low: 44. Nice day ahead with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening.

PUEBLO: High: 75; Low: 52. Warm and mostly dry today, with a chance of thunderstorms in the later evening.

CANON CITY: High: 74; Low: 51. Pleasant today with a mix of sun and clouds. Tonight there is a chance for rain and thunderstorms.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 59; Low: 39. Mild today with sunshine and some clouds. A late afternoon and evening shower is possible.

TRI-LAKES: High: 50s; Low: 40s. Nice day, feeling comfortable near 60. This evening into the overnight, and isolated thunderstorm is possible.

PLAINS: High: 70s; Low: 40s/50s. Upper 70s today and drying out. The best chance of thunderstorms in the Plains today will be in Las Animas county.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 70s; Low: 40s. Nice and warm today to the mid 70s. This evening there is a chance of thunderstorms.

Extended Outlook:
Sunday will be about 5-8 degrees warmer across the region. The added heat will allow for extra storm energy, with scattered evening thunderstorms possible for the front range. Next week is trending HOT with increased fire danger.
