Extended Outlook:
Monday will feel very similar to today, with high clouds and warm air. Then the first round of cooler weather arrives Tuesday, although many spots will stay above average in the 50s. This next storm brings snow to the mountain peaks, but trends mostly dry east of the continental divide. Several rounds of cooler air leave next week closer to average, in the 40s. We are seeing the first signs of the next snowmaker, favoring the south and southeastern portions of the state on Friday and Saturday. Stay tuned.
