Lots of sunshine this morning will help give temperatures another boost. We’ll head towards well above average highs in the 50’s and low 60’s. Clouds will try to move in later this afternoon and evening. Winds stay on the light side for today.

PUEBLO: High – 62; Low – 29. Warm temperatures with increasing clouds.
CANON CITY: High – 60; Low – 30. Nice temperatures with increasing clouds.
WOODLAND PARK: High – 53; Low – 27. Increasing clouds today with mild temperatures.
TRI-LAKES: High – 50’s; Low – 30. Mild temperatures with increasing clouds.
PLAINS: High – 60’s; Low – 30’s. Mainly sunny and mild with additional clouds this evening and overnight.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High – 60’s; Low – 30’s. Increasing clouds with mild temperatures.
NEXT WEEK: Clouds continue to push in overnight with lows in the 20’s and 30’s. Snow increases for the mountains tonight and into Sunday and lingers through Monday. This will come with gusty winds at times. Accumulations of 6-12″ will be possible along with gusty winds. Plan on slow travel in the high country with this system. Just mostly cloudy for our area Sunday with breezy winds at times. Skies stay dry and temperatures stay mild in the 50’s and low 60’s. Skies will have a little more sunshine on Monday and winds will be strong with gusts over 40 mph at times. Highs will be in the 50’s. We’ll be cooler, but still above average, for the rest of the week. Highs will be in the 40’s and 50’s. Mainly sunny and dry through the rest of the work/school week.
