UPDATE: Water service has been restored to the 600 block of N. 12th Street in Pueblo after a water main break.
Pueblo Water Director of Operations Matt Trujillo says there was not a significant loss of water pressure from the break, and a boil advisory is not likely at this time.
Pueblo Water says it will provide updates as necessary.
PREVIOUS: Crews are working to make repairs after a water main break at W. 12th and Greenwood in Pueblo. Traffic is impacted in the area along Elizabeth Street and W. 12th, Pueblo Police are asking that drivers avoid the area if possible.
In a video posted by Pueblo Police a large amount of water is visible pooling in the street. According to Pueblo Water there may be some service affected along the 500 and 600 blocks of W. 12th. It's not clear yet when repairs are estimated to be complete.
It has been a busy month for Pueblo Water crews after another large main break that happened on July 6th in the area of W. 4th between Grand Ave. and Court St.
