The UCCS men's basketball team upended Fort Lewis College 80-70 Friday night at the Gallogly Events Center.
Padiet Wang led the Mountain Lions with 25 points, while Alijah Comithier and Blend Avdili added 20 and 18 points, respectively.
Jeff Culver's team had one of their best shooting performances of the season, hitting 53.3% of their shots from the field.
Leading 41-34 at the break, UCCS held on down the stretch to improve to 9-4 overall and 5-3 in RMAC play.
The Mountain Lions will look to sweep the weekend when they host Adams State Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
